Method of contextualising


In this project, we have used food and tableware as a vehicle for UAL’s sustainable food policy in the form of a publication. Finally, we created a short video to present them.

In our discussion, we would like to integrate the policy into the daily life of tableware and eating, so that we can actually interact with the policy in using the tableware and eating, thus enhancing the accessibility and interactivity of the policy, and increasing the attractiveness and memorability of the policy through visual and practical experiences.
